Bill White Chevy

Bill White Chevrolet Complex converted into the East End Village Apartments in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rosin Preservation stepped in after the approval of Part 2 of the historic tax credit application to help the developer finish the rehab, complete the Part 3, and secure state and federal tax credits. These buildings are located in the Blue Dome Historic District, which was added to the National Register in 2013.
